Returns & Exchanges (30 days)
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products purchased from Beesphere, as long as the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and proof of purchase is required.

Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. To request an exchange (including for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect), please contact us at info@beesphere.io before mailing anything back so we can help you with next steps.

Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund: gift cards, downloadable/digital products, items returned after 30 days, and items that are used, altered, or not in original condition.
